Purpose, Maintenance and Administration of the Manual

• The manual sets out policy guidelines on the major operating issues and concerns of the organization. Should the need for clarification arise on matters not specifically provided for in the manual, the Finance Manager/Finance Officer/Assistant will provide such interpretation.
